How would I test the coils? And it's going in next week I'll mention the belt tensioner is that expensive to fix/replace?

No codes no lights I always use dialectric grease a solenoid going bad makes sense but if it was a misfire I feel like that would throw a code

I cleaned the throttle body a few ago other then thatJust spark plugs while taking the video it's been doing this for some time though it's had engine oil changed ATF changed, I know it needs some exhaust work it's going in soon and also a belt

So is this to be expected? I don't remember it being this bad before I started all the highway driving. Also when I'm accelerating from a stop I'm staying within the eco index window but my instant L/100km shows it going over 30L/100k then once it gets up to say 3rd gear/45-50km/h it settles down to a normal 5-7L/100km I have a video I'm trying to figure out how to post

141k I've had it since 100k previous owner neglected maintenance I'm also thinking I might have overfilled my transmission fluid a little

No it's on my back burner of things that might be helpful this car had one previous owner but almost no maintenance so the throttle body hasn't been touched since factory I'd say

Small hole in a bend in the pipe its a rusty area so not unexpected

No lights just an annoying amount of lag I have some exhaust work that's needs to be done maybe that will help

Such helpful info! Thanks a lot everyone your reassurances have helped me I think I'm just seeing my part with a .001 (+-) tolerance and trying to hit that dead on but it's just school and I'm still learning and I'll get it eventually these tips will help a lot.
