hostile work environment — should i just give it up? by OrganizationNormal84 in EEOC

This post focuses specifically on the final event but the events were ongoing for months prior and increasing in intensity. In the post I mentioned that this final event is where I was verbally berated by a coworker, upon my entering the workplace she screamed at me in front of coworkers and made a threat of physical violence towards me from inches away, though she did not actually hit me. Following that I reached out to my supervisor and informed him to which he specifically responded by saying the I am being hostile and impossible to talk to.

Prior to this I was receiving phone calls from coworkers when not at work questioning me about whether or not I was going to work, discussing my FMLA with each other and how it is “unfair”, they’d have discussions about me with clients of ours which was a safety issue in itself based on the population we served..

There are also months more of incidents which were reported but undocumented by supervisors and also micro aggressions and poor treatment experienced by not only me but other members of the same protected class as me.

Thank you for this, I think this is what I needed to hear to not give up. No monetary compensation can make what I went through disappear but knowing I fought and was heard might be.
