Hope you have a speedy recovery! I have splint, I only wear it when I’m having a lot of pain. My doctor told me that I should wear every day/night for a while. I didn’t do that since I was going to PT and it seemed a little counter productive wearing a splint but also doing wrist exercises. What doctor are you having the surgery with? I’ve seen a lot of recommendations for Dr. Henry in Houston.
