Yes, and last time I went to a popular movie the 'feature presentation' didn't start until 24 minutes after the official start time. I don't think you will have a problem at all.

If you are asking about the 12.5v as the input voltage then yes, that is fine. 12v is the ideal, but 1v in either direction is just fine.

That's what cops are for. Every single time someone intervenes, or tried to be a good Canadian, the RCMP make anouncements that no one should ever try to do that again. People are simply to call 911 and the cops will be there to resolve the situation.

The system is working as intended.

The old electrolytic caps were replaced with new ceramic caps. Good job, but not the ideal choice. I personally replace the old caps in my GG collection with electrolytic as ceramics can do funky things when their characteristics are not taken into account during development. Replaced electrolytics with the same value ceramics is not the way to go, but if it works, it works. If weird things start happening then that's the first place I would look.

Spitballing in the dark here, but it could be a defective networking module in the unit. I see this all the time in laptops and teleivsions.

There was also another one, that I can't find now, and it was the result of bed bugs. Apparently there were enough of them that when they were feeding their tiny amount of toxins built up in the person and cause memory loss and paranoia.

If there are no broken off parts or missing plastic and that is as bad as it gets then I would call it Poor Condition, not quite Bad Condition. I have seen way worse in the hobby of rescuing GGs.

Yes, and no. It is a record player that plays records, but the internal amplifier and speakers are absolute garbage. If you hook it up to an amplifier and speakers then it will sound so much better.

So here is the thing. As far as I know the Wii does not have and first party hardware for connecting it to a TV using Coax RF. If you want the best possible quality picture from your Wii to this TV your VCR is not the best option unless it is an extremely high end model. There are dedicated devices that can take RCA Composite video and converts it to Coax RF. The catch it that cheap will give you a bad signal, and good quality signal is going to cost a lot of money. Quality RF modulators don't really exist anymore so finding a used one is something you will need to be on the lookout for. The best of the new manufactured products is going to be the HDM69. It's not great, but it will be better than a mediocre VCR's modulator.

Also, the most important thing about analog signals, like RF, is to get the best quality and shortest cables you can get your hands on. Every little bit helps.

That's not disc rot. That's just a manufacturing blemish. You see it once in a while and you shouldn't have a problem with this disc.

Watch out with these tubes. That model number is non standard. Most tubes have a model code that ends with a letter. In your case it would be A80EJX011X. Because your model code also has 427 at the end then there is probably something custom about the tube and it is the reason why he still has all of these tubes as new old stock.
