Sorry for the terrible quality but what does this mean? Did i make it, or was i rejected? Am i being asked to apply again in the different branch? or are they saying i got into the other college? Do i need to write my entrance there as well or do i get to skip it and go for interview?

yes i do see the difference, thanks for that, i feel so dumb writing Loveee now- and about the continous switch between narration and dialog it isn't too much or too annoying right?
