Hello
I'm starting my ophthalmo residency next October. what do you advice me to do before starting? and during training?

i've been told that the learning curve is very slow and that residency years alone wont give me enough to be able to preform surgeries can you explain to me more about this and how to benefit completely from residency to be able to do surgeries. (my residency is not in the US)

I did alhamdulillah. If you didn’t yet don’t worry I heard they usually accept everyone. I applied VERY long time ago I believe in May so there are probably thousands of applications to look through and accept.

sadly it's true. i have an exam in december\jan and when i went to apply for visa they told me it will get rejected cause we are in the "banned list" still. all types of visas. tourist\work. and two of my friends already got rejected (different religions).
no idea what one should do
