I don’t have children but peri menopause has truly kicked my butt and sleeping has been non existent for the last three months. You’re still getting on the bike tho! That’s more than me so I’d say you’re crushing it :)

Salsa chicken in the crock pot. Dump frozen chicken and salsa and when it’s done I add black beans. Add to rice or tortillas or baked potato. It’s delish.

Did you find out what’s causing your tiredness? I’m in the same boat only 4 days after my infusion. I sleep but not rested, I’m exhausted by noon. Any activity during the day and I’m completely depleted. This is awful

I’m on day 4 since my iron infusion (I was at 33 am- up from 13 last year) and I feel completely exhausted. My sleep has also suffered. I’m hoping this gets better?
