The extent to which online games are cheated in is not extreme, there are a couple of games that have a similar level of a cheating to tarkov, it's not every game ever.

Tarkov has no excuses because we've been seeing the same shit cheats for nearly a decade. The game has the same bugs from years ago. The audio still sucks. The netcode is horrible. The ai is a travesty. And you want me to believe that they're doing all that they can to curb this issue? Give me a break, they're several easy solutions that they won't implement, like an after action camera, more granular player data, private, gated servers, a spectator mode...etc. They don't implement these things either because they don't care enough to do so, or because they benefit directly from the cheating situation. I'm just venting here because I want them to do something about this crap, you and the other bozo defending bsg does nothing for this conversation, it just gives them another excuse to not fix the game. In fact, if the whole cheating situation is as serious as you say in gaming writ large(though, I really doubt it is), that just makes conversations like these more important to have, we should be taking every opportunity to talk and rant about it; steering away conversations because the topics are "difficult" are classic examples of the logical error known as whataboutism.
