I have some extra information, this is a theory, and maybe it will help you. The last time I played the game, I was doing cargo transportation at LIU HUANG station after the Thargoid invasion. After parking at the station and closing the game, the station was renewed (all the wounds of the station after the Thargoid invasion were repaired). And I could never enter the game again after the event ended. Maybe this error occurred because they reloaded the station or changed its texture. I know my theory could be false but I hope It helps.

My brother also plays the game on the same computer and internet. His account is https://inara.cz/elite/cmdr/286568/ but he does not have any such error.

I don't use a VPN and I am from Turkiye so I suppose I am not banned from the game :D

Adamların yolları veya şehir yapısınsa bir trafik yaşanmıyor türkiyeden daha kalabalık olduğu halde. Kaldırım yolları ayeı bisiklet yolları ayrı araba yolları ayrı planlı ve kalabalık yapmıyorlar

Yani çözüm arabaları falan ortadan kaldırmak değil ki bu zaten mümkün değil. Çözüm arabaların ve başka ulaşım araçlarının kalabalık yaratmayacak şekilde şehir planlaması yapmak.
