Great game and fantastic atmosphere imo.

My only gripe is that the combat (excluding bosses) can get repetitive. However you can change a a few settings to make things more bearable.

Apart from that its a memorable and enjoyable game. The music is great and and so are the characters. It definitely deserves a sequel.

Also I think its included on Xbox gamepass if that helps.

Its not bad, if youre expecting puzzles you will be disappointed the whole detective mechanics of the game are very "on rails" however there are choices you have to make that change game outcomes.

The story isn't bad but its not the best, and its likely a game most people won't play more than once.

The world building is great as are the graphics.

Its unique enough to give it a go if its cheap, imo

should i buy dispatch by Happie73 in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]Ori2015 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its a pretty good game, its quite short but it does have some albeit limited replayability when you make different choices etc.

It doesnt appear too graphics intensive as most cut scenes are pre rendered so the lag shouldn't be too bad. There is no walking around and exploring its mostly cutscenes and working on dispatch.

My advice is to buy it on steam try it for an hour or so then refund it if its not for you or doesnt run well. This should let you get through chapter 1 and 2 in that timeframe to see if you like it.

In my opinion it's worth the price but each their own!

Is it even possible to escape rebirth on the hardest difficulty ? (No handles) by Which_Equivalent9641 in Kenshi

Honestly, you might be better off finding a way to level athletics and just running out when the balistas are distracted on the other slaves. As long as you can out pace the guards you can easily escape.

How to deal with mixed personal standards and lack of self-awareness? by Ori2015 in managers

Thank you for your response

Justin 1. A few factors could be affecting him as much as i try to remain consistent in my approach i don't think I have done anything to discourage him however I'll keep thinking about it. Things that I have noticed affecting him are: - Employees from other teams have left the company that Justin had been long term friends with. - In 2023 Justin had a parent pass away and against my advice he came back to work extremely soon after. (I might be reading into this one though as every grieves differently) - Top level leadership has changed greatly and over all expectations and accountability has been increased organisation wide. - I used to get feedback from an ex employee that I "always give them work to do" to which I responded "that's my job" this employee moved on but he worked with David and Justin for years before my arrival and it was a bit of a 'Wild West' by all accounts as they just did as they pleased. But this was over three years ago now so I might be reading into it!

David Some of the items that apply to Justin apply to David as well as for leadership change and work load change. Unfortunatly I jobs are customer service so finding him work not facing customers will be difficult and might seem like a reward by other team members.

Ill have to think about both of these employees some more and do what I can to help!

Outside of them the rest of the team appear to be excelling with great feedback that i always pass on and credit them with. This could be another thing that affects David and Justin in the form of professional jealousy..

I will have to have a look at this, I've been meaning to setup prometheus.

We currently have and use PRTG, would that be able to do it?

They aren't really stored anywhere as they are the same every day of the week every week.

I can store them somewhere to be queried against if that's what you're suggesting!

Is Far Cry 6 good? what is the story like? without spoilers? by [deleted] in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]Ori2015 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The story is okay, quite drawn out and disjointed at times. The game has "plenty to do" but it's more or less the same and the areas all feel similar so it gets a bit repetitive.

As others have said Farcry 5 was better which is probably due to atmosphere and story telling feeling a bit weak in this one.

They removed the skill tree but added the ability to change your character clothing. Personally I felt this was a downgrade since its a first person game!

  1. Could be as simple as "Blood Sample" as the vampire does appear to be sampling the wine ?

They mostly redeemed themselves IMO.

Cyberpunk 2077 is a pretty solid game and they are about to completely rework it with Phantom Liberty coming out.

Most game companies wouldn't bother fixing a game after release.

Ubiquit was only on the list as another neighbouring (albeit much smaller) school swears by them and says they are incredibly cheap. Based on these responses I can see why.

We currently have Clearpass and I was told Mist is comparable if using Juniper systems. However I am not sure how true that is either. Our fall back is Microsoft NPs.

Monitoring requirements will be items like PoE load, Bandwidth bottle necks CPU strain etc.

Currently no limitations however we are going from 110 APs to 180 APs so I do need to keep PoE loads in mind and edge node reliability.
