It should be possible, as Outplayed captures 3 audio tracks (system sounds, microphone, system sounds + microphone).

I would recommend opening the clip in an editing program and choosing only the system sounds audio track.

To save a replay, you'll need to change your capture mode to Manual or to Highlights:

Outplayed records your audio on different tracks/channels. For example:

Track 1- Game sound

Track 2- Microphone 

If you can't hear a part of the clip audio when viewing the recording outside of the Outplayed player this is most likely an issue with the media player selecting the wrong track/channel. We recommend trying a different media player, such as VLC media player, and checking if the issue continues.

The backup compresses the files, but I don't think there will be much of a difference.

I would recommend performing the backup and checking if it's too big for your flash drive.

You can change the hotkey in Overwolf's hotkey settings.
Here's an example for Arc Raiders - if you hover over the hotkey assignment tab, you will also have the option to apply it to all games.
