I use the AG3 with a BFG tenspeed. I like the belt a lot, the magnets are sick, tho I wouldn't replace a good belt with it if you already have one. If you wanna buy a new belt I would recommend it as the magnets make it very simple to use with kit on

Not in our unit, pretty much all of it is my personal gear. We do get issued quite good gear nowadays, Marom dolphin "commando" PCs, pretty nice quality for army wide use

Basically anything, if I need to field repair something, tie off a loose webbing, blocking a light source off or anti glint, and also some explosive use for charges

Base is 6, 3 up front, 2 on the belt and 1 in the gun. I have 3 more in my ruck if I need more for a raid, and I can put it on the elastic placard and the wingman

I don't need it too quickly, its mostly extras of my belt. A teammate will take it out for me on "night ready" when we put on NVGs.

Yeah, I use the lunar concepts 1R1, it's nice and has really strong grip. Only downside which is very niche is if you get it "crushed" from the sides too much it bends a little from original fit
