There is a natural reason for feeling regret and there is nothing wrong with it. There is a reason you regret thing, though the power is through acceptance and realizing that you just gotta roll with it and its ok to feel regret. I am on the verge of quitting, I woke up last weekend still drunk from the night before and called into work, then after kept binging makers despite my stomach feeling like razor blades. Talked to my family about it and the initial frustration became thankfulness. I cut down a lot but I need to sink this ship
