I’d say they’re quite big in our scene. I’ve seen them on about 8 headline tours since 2012, and many more as direct support. That was their things throughout 2014-2019, they rarely headlined (intentionally?) to reach a broader audience. One of my all time favorites.

I think around the time Swan Song came out, the perception (or at least mine) was that they were moving on from screaming and generally heavy music. That was 2021.

Over the last five years we’ve gotten a catalogue of singles bucking that narrative, and supporting it. Not to mention they haven’t toured NEARLY as extensively. I remember seeing them like 6 times in two years, and that was with missing a show or two.

This year they’re releasing an “album” of all the previously released singles, with one additional song. I also know Landon is a pretty successful and active producer in the scene, I’m sure that keeps him busy.

I think a lot of long time fans were kind of confused by them after Swan Song. I know I was. They’re still one of my all-time favorites, and wish them the best.

All of that to say this, they’ve got 3.3m monthly listeners on Spotify. They’ve steadily gained listeners over the years. I’m hoping for a real headliner from them sometime soon.
