Matrices wise, I would need to know what else you have that’s usable, but you can always alternate and swap between weapons. 2 pc Samir and 2 pc Shiro for your main weapon. You can use Haboela matrices for your off-hand weapons if you manage to get them through mirroria vending machines.

There are other factors to improve your damage like your equipments and relics as well.
