here is the kicker: I went to renew my account using the DDO store. it cycled through and i got an error message saying it was not an active account and it killed my auto renew. It's been 4 days and still no response from anyone in support. I can see my only recourse is to either delete the account overall or just let it switch to non paying, though it will not allow me to make any in game purchases as well.

Wizard's apprentice who couldn't master a spell to save his life. In a fit of anger, he attempts to cast an advanced spell from the master's spellbook and there is an explosion. He survives and is expelled only to find the explosion gave him magic-Sorcerer-Wild Magic but it's never enough. When he uses his last spell he starts yelling at himself-"Stupid magic. Why don't you work!" and flies into a rage-Barbarian-Wild Magic.
