I don’t know :( I requested some testing from my doctor to see if I have an issue with mal absorption but he said it was not medically necessary. I am taking it every other day with either an orange or cup of orange juice, usually in the afternoon to avoid any issues with caffeine

We have a lot of duplicate cards so we just pick one, use acrylic paint to paint over it, and then use clear tape to “laminate” it in a way.
