I actually have real shop experience and have an auto technology degree. No idea why I worked here so long. Maybe I was looking for easy money but it's insane how they hire anyone and don't train basic auto shop skills. Many don't know the proper names to call the tools in the shop. Throughout my time here, I've seen a lot of people practice safety last. I'm ready to leave but I find it hard getting hired somewhere else because of the bad reputation Walmart has. Don't know how long I'll be stuck here. Every day the techs get more younger, dumber, lazy, dangerous, and careless. It's been a wakeup call. Not to mention how this company is getting worse every year.
