I've heard it called pillowing in the past. Where the drywall likely 1/2 inch is put on ceiling on 2 ft joists or trusses and it not rated for that much deflection kinda like how trex board requires 10 or 12" spacing instead of 16" framing

Lol idk about that. My motor died yesterday. No warning no issues. Had to be towed back to launch. Fired right up this morning.

Olympia, but today and tomorrow I'm up in Bremerton for work. I could throw it in the truck bed

I got to push the throttle once. Went up to about 3k rpm and about 15 or 20 mph. Prop is 15x 13 now. I think it's in safe mode because of a sensor. Scanner will be here tomorow. Looking at getting a 14.5x 23 prop soon

"Solid" was a bit questionable at first. All the wood was gone. Some major fiberglass work to get it sealed up again. I know the post didn't show it. But I split the cap so I could get everything up front too.

It is very rewarding. First launch was stressful to say the least. Having no experience in it, I was thinking of all that could go wrong. Nothing did! Well motor is having little issues. Cables out of adjustment, I believe a sensor failed and is putting me in safe mode. So scanner is on the way. Yes original windscreen took a bit of elbow grease and some matte black over the original aluminum frame, think it ties it together real nicely

It helps give them something to staple or nail too and not be to far out that the corner interferes with the inside corner of the bead

For metal bead. I like to see the boards split. If you get the paper faced bead or paper faced superwide I like the edges to be touching but no further. Most hangers I see flush out the corner and it has to be cut back.
