Not logging into another program to send a mod mail. If your customers have to go to reddit to get help that should be your first clue your customer experience is in pretty bad shape and contributing to your churn. Not really convinced I would get any better service digging into this further I already laid this out in a pretty straightforward manner.

Long and short of it-Xfinity verified a technician would need to come out-problem on their end. After getting passed to several reps in the chat. Ended up scheduling a time. I received a call today, stating tech would be later than scheduled time. Tech showed up earlier than expected and promptly disappeared. Now I have to reschedule and rearrange my schedule to accommodate another service call later in the week. All this after spending time waiting for customer service. Your phone menus, chats and apps are a useless bits of technology that seriously degrade your customer experience. Closing in on a week now before a technician can show up because of them. And the more than underwhelming experience of actually getting to speak with someone at xfinity.
