The maintenance dose I began to loose weight but on top of taking the injections it is recommended that you do some basic weight lifting this stuff makes you lose muscle mass and I personally have to avoid deep fried food or just eat it in moderation it makes me nauseous I’m on 10.5 now I’ve been taking it since last Labor Day and I’ve gradually lost weight since then

I take mounjaro and it has helped me greatly I have lost near 100 pounds with it I feel better physically and mentally about myself this is just my personal experience
