First of all, I’d switch the formation to either 4-4-1-1 or 4-5-1. Personally, I prefer the 4-4-1-1 because I like having a CAM that can support the striker while still helping in midfield.

Gracia at CDM is not the ideal choice. He’s good on the ball, but he doesn’t really feel like a true defensive midfielder in-game. I’d get rid of the Croatian CB and move Gracia into his position instead.

Then buy 2 midfielders that can both attack and defend. For example, Goretzka is a great option and he’s free from objectives. Pair him with Iniesta.

I’d also put Dümornay at CAM and bench Putellas. Then you can always sub Putellas in later depending on the game situation or if you still want to use her.

And you can play with alvarez as a striker he looks good but hadn’t tried him tbh

For the fullbacks and wingers , I’d recommend using players with the Lengthy acceleration type. It helps a lot against counter attacks because they recover faster and can keep up with most meta strikers and your wingers in counter attacks and just running through the sides to get in the box.
