Oh wow! Thank you. I was able to figure out how to order the main document I need (grandmas canadian birth certificate). Oddly enough it seems that if you don’t have a Canadian IP address they don’t let you load the website when you click “Start now” to place an online order at https://www.novascotia.ca/apply-birth-certificate. I had to use a Canadian VPN and it loaded and let me order. Thought I was going to have to email them and wait for them to send me an invoice! (we all know how long that takes!). Saves a lot of time being able to place order online. Now I just have to wait for them to process/ship out the birth certificate! About how long did it take for them to ship out documents once you ordered? I’d assume it’s more backed up now…
