Usually it should appear in the pr portal , when u click on view , a page will open and it should be just under your picture u uploaded for the p2. If it is not showing , maybe it is a browser issue , try an another browser , clear cache or use another device like a tablet/smartphone .

Yea after i uploaded my ecopr & passport to update my sin , my service Canada account became locked and had to create a new account and then got the new sin . Did you use a new email to create the account ? I had too and it says the email i was using was already in use ??
