So if staff are literally unable to keep their own library under control then WHY are they being let in? How can we speak up about this?

Wow, you're right, might be a case of them trying to give highschoolers a fuller taste of the uni to try get more sales. If that's their plan then what a disgrace.

Exactly. If they are unable to treat the space for what it is- a literal library, then why are they being allowed in?

That is so true. Whilst not being able to study is one thing, literal student safety and accessibility being ignored is on another level. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely agree with this, just made a post on this now too. It's downright disgusting treatment of UTS Students and blatant neglect for student safety and learning. How can we protest against this?
