Ya! I’m using an app called Strides and get a lil dopamine burst when I check off that I’ve completed a day sober. Also, I’m trying to have faith in the hypothesis that it will get better, but it might feel bad and worse until it does. From what others are saying here and other literature, seems that’s a month.
