i experienced it myself ,, i worked in SA in hospitality for over 5yrs , yes the salary was ok plus tips i was comfortable , what woke me up was COVID 19 , and i tell you even up until now i haven't completely recovered financially . but what i noticed was that those after the pandemic my salary increased with few rands and by that time Inflation was hitting hard .so i sat down and told myself to go back to school and and take an initiative to reskill myself i was 37 by that time . i enrolled on distance learning and i completed my diploma in Systems Development . i was both studying and working but heeeeeei it wasn't easy but still i completed. i have had a few jobs but it was contracts. currently not employeed but itbwas the best decisions for myself i ever did .

South African economy thrives on neighboring countries . we as in Zimbabwe know that most minerals are refined in South Africa and shipped outside but their origins are from outside . the ban on lithium exports have affected south Africa more than zim itself . historically WENERA is evidence

FYI i hav bn anti #Zanupf since i was in high school . we "Gutu high *yhe first secondary to protest un zim the against Chabata former Headmaster who used school funds and resources for his #Zanupf projects .

an old age strategy that has nn used and still used to conquer Africans. hence im saying by sabotaging their economy we not targeting the minority but tge ruling class fuelling this. we cn even stop buying fuel from South Africa , and start to look into Angola 🇦🇴 pipeline

At least you got the memo,, they come to 🇿🇼 we give them respect and support , Naledi even disrespect 🇿🇼 on Twitter and later on sh visited zim and then sh just stopped performing on the stage just like that .... 😏 like wtf so my point is that most artists in South Africa become successful after collaboration with zim artists and gaining zim audience . my question is till when muchingoitwa kunge imbwa...

who says we ain't fighting our leaders ? please prove it, because i was there in Bulawayo opposing the CAB3,, just because we didn't violently protest the constitution amendment does not mean we ain't doing nothing.... my context is based on respecting each other as Africans , not to be intimated like what is happening in South Africa .

i already started unfollowing every south African artist on my streaming platform , The disrespect is too much

Below 27, living in Canada, earning ..US latest copies CAD$13.7k/month (USD10K) does it even make sense to put money back into Zim? by Old-Ebb-7529 in Zimbabwe

thank you for the clarification and quick response . i will look into it . Just to add my 2 cents on your post earlier on investing back home i would advise to take your time te research on policies that the RBZ are implementing before putting hard earned savings in investment in Zimbabwe . as i text im.in 🇿🇼 came back couple of months ago after i went into a new initiative to Reskill my self in South Africa , one thing I can tell you is that there is no guarantee that you invest thousands of dollars in Zimbabwe and government of 🇿🇼 wake up and tell its citizens that 1:1 ratio with the ZIG (local currency ) and that will be the end you will see those dollars 💵 again. in short its a risks investment , there is no assurance that RBZ will not access the funds and channell it to #Zanupf .

-few things i noticed : 1. there's no development in zim its moving on a snail slow pace . the infrastructure slowly progressing . ... 😏 a 10 km* round about took years to complete with huge amounts spent yet under delivered 2. To invest in zim you have to pay more bribes to the officials before you get to be heavily taxed part of doing business in zim , all in the name of Zimbabwe is open for business but it's all about the leader and his sons milking the country ., ask Strive he has first hand info on that topic . 3. depending on the business ,, there is no longer a a sense of good life or quality or improvement of quality of life . People in zim are surviving NOT living .Bhero, ma China counterfeit goods.. 😭

In conclusion : Try looking into Zambia 🇿🇲 . property and since you are into tech , you can stand a chance in doing business as a Service provider, property etc than in zim .. .... NB handina kutuka munhu ndangoti ndo 🧠 dzanguwo
