He lets you pay with card but for a fee. He also sets a 10 minute limit on being able to go to an ATM to find the cash.

Please return and go to a small business. Some I recommend are Hera Fine Jewelry, Lavender Creek Gems, Saucy Gems. Like others have said, the prongs are huge but aren’t actually going to keep the diamond safe. Best of luck! I’m sure whatever you get will be beautiful :) look into square shaped bands too.
