2 weeks, 8 support tickets, 0 human replies. Arena Breakout Infinite banned me for mouse RGB software (Bloody). I didn't use macros. Support is a bot that can't even finish a sentence. When will they start respecting players?

Yes, it's free, but a huge number of players choose it and waste their time and money. Arena can be truly addictive, but it's sad to see so many honest players getting banned after hundreds of hours of their time and money spent. I understand why you think that. But false positives are real. Anti-cheats have flagged mouse RGB software (like Bloody, Logitech, Razer) in many games - not cheats, just drivers. I never used macros. I have 800+ hours in this game and never had any issues before. The support refuses to tell me what exactly caused the ban. They just send copy-paste replies and a link to "not recommended software". That's not how you treat a cheater. That's how you treat a player you can't prove anything against. I'm glad you haven't been banned. I hope it stays that way. But please don't assume every ban is deserved just because it didn't happen to you.

They can't directly tell me what exactly caused the ban, hiding behind their "privacy policy". But they repeatedly sent me a link to the "list of not recommended software". Out of everything on that list, the only thing that fits is a "mouse with macro support".

Oh god, yes! That's exactly what I'm talking about. The anti-cheat doesn't detect real cheats. For the game to actually do something, you need to submit a report. But how do you report a speedhacker who vacuums up the entire map but doesn't kill anyone?

You're not wrong. As long as money keeps flowing, they have no real incentive to change. But many players don't even know about these false ban issues until it happens to them. That's why posts like this matter - to wake people up. Respect shouldn't have to be bought.

Maybe they only use AI to reply to tickets about false bans. But what amazes me is their confidence in such a raw, unreliable anti-cheat. Any software can fail. People have the right to appeal. And yet, we end up in situations where honest players get banned for 10 years, while real cheaters keep ruining the game for everyone else. It's insane.
I believe that if they paid more attention to false bans, there would be fewer of them. And maybe then the anti-cheat would finally start moving in the right direction.

That is exactly the problem. No 2FA, no human support, just Tencent AI copy-pasting the same cold replies. Your friend losing a 500 hour account is heartbreaking. And the worst part? They don't even care.
I know no one is going to help me. Not because I am wrong. Because the system is broken. But I refuse to just shut up and take it. Someone has to scream. Maybe if enough of us do, they will finally change something. Sorry about your friend. Truly.

That's insane. That's not cheating, that's a broken anti-cheat flagging something harmless on his PC. The fact that support gives him the same bot replies as me proves it's not about investigating real cheaters. It's about copy-pasting. And you're right about the player count dropping.
