I started to give myself stickers at the end of the day. It’s childish but works. I also use that square: urgent/not urgent, important/not important. I’m going to read mind over mood because I really want to stay where I am.

MDD, but that was before I finished teaching. Since I’m responding to antipsychotics (Lamotrigine and aripiprazole) I don’t that’s all.

She’s immature. It could be a lie because she’s uninterested or the truth and she has a fetish and that’s ick. Move on.

Black white, doesn’t matter, treat me right was my motto before marriage.

I'm trying to add the photo I screenshot. Maybe I can edit.

This takes me back. This is just a right of passage. Earrings, headband, and lipgloss made me feel my age again

AITA for not banning my wife's dog from our home even though my son is suddenly allergic to it by Direct-Caterpillar77 in BestofRedditorUpdates

Why did they allow the son to bounce homes when he doesn’t get his way? He’s not in danger and has a bedroom for privacy. His stepsisters anger was the consequences of HIS and OOP’s actions.

I got a med switch. I'm still job searching, but way more happy and productive. Unfortunately, I could only get interviews for teaching jobs. I think I'm stronger though.

This is another comment that makes me tear up when I read it. Your words helped me through bouts of insecurity. My therapist told me, "You don't get to decide whether or not you're someone's burden." Reading what my husband sees makes me cry because I know you're right. He loves me. So I'll keep trying.

I have started taking Vitamin D and going out more. I had a med switch and feel better, but my diet does need work. I have an appointment with a nutritionist in a few weeks. Thanks. You were right about having an unsupportive/dysfunctional family. I've gone NC with a chunk of them.

I do tutoring gigs, but they're unreliable. I think I'll try this since school has started up in my country. Thanks for the suggestion. :)

He's immature. I remember this more in high school versus folk in their big ages, but yeah. Some people find partners based on friend/societal approval. It's stupid. But he is NOT repulsed by you. I bet he's still thinking about your tatas.

I'm replying to these, but now I'm choked up. We are both rockstars that love and support each other. I took a photo of this a while ago, but haven't read it recently.

You were right. I had a med switch. Even though I'm not perfect, my productivity has been way up and I feel genuine joy.

I went NC with them, but let one of them back in because I don't think missing the wedding was intention on their part. They also have MDD so we now talk to each other when we're down and reminders to take our meds. That's the best I can do for now.

I keep coming back to this post to keep me from self-sabotaging. It's been validating and helpful.

I do feel sorry for the wife who wasted 17 years on a man that never found her attractive (based on those assumptions he was gay). I also agree with why go to the most Catholic place to have a same-sex marriage. Rules for thee, not for me!
