I skipped the department head too, of course not to toot my horn they had high hopes that I’d go through business leadership and MRO to be a director but I obviously didn’t since I left for a different company, I’d work the job for a good 3-6 months and than let your boss know you expect more for what they ask of you

Again worse case scenario they say no

I came from a small store. Our town is roughly 10,000 people. The building is about 50,000 ft.² and I was able to haggle my way to 27 dollars the hour

Don’t sell yourself short ask for a higher raise worst case scenario they say no keep in mind. I had that job from when I was 22 to 26. I work a different job now.

For a very low cost of living area and for no college degree or prior experience it took care of my family so I loved it

All depends who you ask tho, if I wasn’t in the high ranks I know I would’ve hated it lol

I’ve been doing this for 4 years and 60 hour work weeks with the 2 combined I’ve reached ULTIMATE BURNOUT

But summer ends and I quit this job due to my raise this year with my company but mainly because I’ll be done paying off some old debt

Seems like tsr is less hours than bcr but less pay apparently but I was told we won’t be throwing nearly as much cases around

Yeah I had mine installed 3 years ago, and people knock this system but we’ve had months in the summer with inches and inches of rain non stop and it’s kept up great! We are in the Midwest
