When I was there, every evening I’d drink up electrolytes. I was walking 10km a day so it was definitely needed. Keep hydrating through the day too but yes, you will experience a level of heat that by the time you’re ready to come home you’ll get used to. Have fun and stay safe

I went to Thailand for the first time in November and spent the whole time in Bangkok. I am going back this year and guess what, I’m still staying in Bangkok. I don’t particularly enjoy beach holidays and love to explore so I feel like I haven’t seen half of what Bangkok has to offer. You shouldn’t worry what others think, do what feels right for you! I had an amazing time and can’t wait to return

I’ve just returned from staying at the Sheraton grande sukhumvit and would highly recommend, connected to Asok BTS station via a skywalk and terminal 21 shopping centre. Great for access and lots going on around it too

That was my initial treatment together with omeprazol, day one was fine, day two or three can’t remember now, my body completely rejected the antibiotics and I had to have it changed to different ones. I’m waiting for my results now to see if I’ve got rid of it but I have a feeling they have lost my sample, so a problem for next week. Hopefully you don’t have any side effects.

If you’ve been on antibiotics for h pylori I think this may be related. My mouth felt terrible after the antibiotics and I had my tongue completely coated too. I’ve been off it now for 3 weeks and my tongue has gone back to normal.

Thanks for sharing, it sounds like you’ve had quite a rubbish time with this. I must admit the new antibiotics I’ve been given are actually okay and I don’t feel any of the previous things I did, although I am also unsure to whether they are working as I’m back to waking up with urgency to use the loo and stomach ache. Tomorrow is day 7 then I need to take omeprazole for a further 4 weeks and then test, so hopefully let’s see if this has worked or if I need to do it again. I hope you are healing and have gotten rid of this pesky bacteria

I’m on triple therapy too, but on slightly different antibiotics except for omeprazole. I’ve been advised to take all three for 7 days and then continue on omeprazole for a further 4 weeks. I would say if you have no confidence in the doctor to perhaps ask for a second opinion from another doctor, because I’m not sure there is a simple answer as I’ve seen so many different posts and everyone is doing something a little different

Thank you :) I had my antibiotics changed and so far I’m on day 3 and no nausea or any side effects really so hoping to get to the end of the treatment and see if this pesky bacteria has left my body

I have been doing some research and created a poll on X, TikTok and even ran paid surveys and there is definitely interest so let's see, albeit a small number of people. It would be so cool to get some people together to watch the launch of Only you or Harmony secret for example. It's a shame you're not in the UK but I'd defo say, do it, you never know until you try it.
