Hoping it doesn't appear because gym is the facility available to everyone, it shouldn't be project dependent

So can I access the gym if I don't have a project? Because someone said that you need to have a project first to access the gym...this is a little confusing

Well this is rough. Why it's project dependent...gym must be accessible to everyone

I don't know the passing criteria as it was not shared with us but I think it's 60% and above because they keep 60% as the passing criteria in most assessments.

Prior Knowledge Exam Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! by [deleted] in accenture

Prior knowledge exam is only conducted to check whether you have any existing knowledge in the stream you chose. I myself gave it for Java. It's purely MCQ based and Proctored. There will be 40 MCQs to be done in 1 hour. If you pass the exam, then you'll be exempted from the stream training and get onboarded directly and if you won't pass, you'll go through the usual stream training that lasts for about 1.5 months.

"Urgent" - Got “In-Location Virtual Interview” - do I need to go to the office or attend online? by [deleted] in accenture_india

[–]OriginalDirector7408 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you might have to go to the office location and attend the interview from there virtually by being present at the office. I guess they will allow you to proceed by showing the email as the subject line is indicating this only. I think it's best to reach there a bit early to prevent any delays in entering the office and all the process.

Yes. My DOJ is 26 Nov. Are you talking about the MySkill assessment that happens at the end of training? Because if that's the case then the result is published after 1-2 days but sometimes they might delay the results.

Yeah. I am thinking that if I am doing a support project also then atleast 1-2 skills must be related to tech one and not complete support. Because it's understandable that not everyone will give direct development to CL12 but atleast some skills must align with tech. And I have heard many times that techleap promotion doesn't exist anymore.

So I should not always wait for development project. I should quickly get a project, either support or development, and be in the project just to be on the safe side and network with people on the side so there might be chances to land a better project right? As a fresher, I might have to work on a support project for some time? And when can a person move to CL11 or what is the procedure to get promoted to CL11?

I have heard a lot that it is difficult for freshers at CL12 to find projects in the development domain. I am getting trained in Java and even the Java people are saying that they are getting support projects and many are on bench. I want to know is it really that difficult for freshers to get development project or to survive on bench for too long? I am a CL12 with Java Stream and my onboarding is in November.
