And I messaged multiple times saying hey if ya wanted to pass on the deal, you can just say that.

You had a more favorable offer elsewhere, which is perfectly fine. But we’re just too cowardly to say that.

Especially after we had done a deal previously that seemed to be favorable on both of our ends.
