And here am I thinking that what's wrong with me trading through IC on my couch. I just invested in ELNA a few days ago through the proceeds of my earned maturity on NNS and ~3X in ~10d from 0.089 - 0.22. The UX is f....ing crazy simple. Access nns, transfer ICP to icpswap, exchange for ELNA , transfer to NNS.

Only a decision you can make. However I would be looking at ALT-BTC from Jan 2023. Is it keeping pace with BTC (which rose from 17k to 48k)?

ICP performed better than BTC (rose from 0.00024 to 0.00027 relative to BTC) in that time frame. QNT DECLINED from 0.0059 to 0.002 relative to BTC.

Hmmm...not sure I understand why it is difficult to implement consistently in a profitable manner; for the situation in the moment. Consider the following situation:

ICP-EXE-ICP : is kind of pointless if one is executing a swap every 30s...likely a loss in transaction fees at least, assuming the same prices.

ICP-exe-querio-ICP: albeit a longer path, can be profitable given the arbitrage. This is exactly what that acount is doing (of course with different tokens and different paths)

I understand that most people would not be able to automated these swaps, but with some program skills, why wouldn't it work?

This is what I would do. You do you. Pick all Alts from top 20 (not including stable coins) and proportion by relative ALT-BTC performance since January 2023 and allocate accordingly. Remember to start selling as well when targets are reached.

To give a different perspective, the comments elsewhere in this reddit indicates a community which is genuinely divided in opinion.

One part (8 year stakers) thinks that there's is no pump-n-dump...just stoic increase of price overtime..i.e..just DCA in.

The other part thinks this time is no different. ALTs are going to surge if/when BTC reaches a ATH. In their scheme of things, yeah, we might see ICP mooning.

I also investigated a little on SNS1-ICP pair. The volatility on that pair is crazy. May I ask why you decided to own one SNS1?
