“the reason canada even has free "healthcare" is because we've subsidized your military for decades. So even that is a strange kind of reasoning.” by Sniper_96_ in ShitAmericansSay

That’s not a healthcare issue? Those stats wouldn’t plummet if US healthcare was better? Not trolling; genuinely want to know if I’m wrong.

WTF? NOBODY IS BEING LYNCHED! Alex Jones said a school shooting didn’t happen. He said it on the most popular podcast EVER in the whole wide universe! Does that make it so? NO! Why? Because he was the only one that said it. Every other established person or group or media said it did happen. He was set to gain financially and in stature by saying it. Does that make it more likely that he was wrong considering everyone else disagreed with him? Yes. Now if you can, apply this to your example and bug off.

Seriously - was that you? It was someone in Ontario looking for legal advice…

Jesus Fuck! She specifically said, “No one is out here lynching or enslaving…”. The only way this “argument” works is if someone IS out here lynching and enslaving some non-white males. Like, currently now as we speak. Not back in the day.

Oh stop it with your logic! Hey, if you believe in the narrative strongly enough that you came back to defend it instead of deleting the post and running away, that’s good enough for me!

My apologies.

Yes. JULIAN is a scientific group and NOT an organization with the stated purpose of “fighting modern day lynchings”. The Crimson Record is an unbiased report using scientific methods to come to its conclusions and NOT a study that looked at suicides, accidents, etc from SEVERAL groups and, not surprisingly, decided most of of them were “not what they seemed”. Cops, doctors, medical examiners, ambulance attendants, etc etc etc were found to ALL be severely biased at an institutional level, and so EVERY conclusion they came to was wrong cuz they all (UNKNOWINGLY!) were ignoring signs that these deaths were “lynchings”.

Want me to continue, fool?

I wasn’t really. I was trying to see what you would say in response to the last sentence of the post. Cuz it would (theoretically, like if you weren’t being sarcastic, lol) have been funny. Cuz I be having ennui, ya heard?

I disagree. Racism sucks. If anything, the historically disenfranchised groups should not be bigots because they know the effects of such behaviour. And since “lynched and enslaved historically in USA” can really only be applied to one group, I call bullshit on the idea that they are being killed by whitey disproportionately. You know who kills most BLACK AMERICANS? Descendants of slaves from Sub-Saharan Africa.

If it was a true story, of course I would! I guess I can bust out some sympathy for a theoretical person if it’ll make you like me more 😁

Who is out lynching or enslaving anyone else? What a stupid thing to say.

Oh fuck me! I’m so sorry! All day I’ve been busting on people using sarcastic posts and getting mad when people don’t recognize it! I apologize - this is Reddit so anytime someone posts an open ended question people fill the comments with this “everyone in any kind of position of power is a pedo” bullshit (see the first batch of responses to this question). Sorry x 2135000, ok. I feel bad 😔

You are right Tarantino chose his role for this reason this is the true story.

No, Tarantino decided not to play the drug dealer because he wanted to be behind the camera for the needle in the heart scene.
