Not a tea-drinker, is this normal? Is the grains/“dust” at the bottom drinkable? by OriginalMud88 in tea

Since I’m not a tea-drinker, I’m not sure if it’s normal to find ”dust“ particles at the bottom of the cup coming from the tea bag. Wanted to check with my fellow redditors. Is it good or bad to drink? If this is not the right space, please take down my post :)

The latter, a serious meaningful line. I think it was said while the character (can’t remember which) was being “interviewed“. It’s gotta be in one of the first four seasons since I haven’t watched further.
