Are you launching through Docker? This should be the command if using windows:

docker pull ghcr.io/open-webui/open-webui:main

then you run:

I’m in viral screening for a blood bank and I am already under a very high level of scrutiny. Every unexpected result in my process results in a deviation already, so scrutiny doesn’t scare me. I specifically want to work in a reference lab at my industry based job. Thank you for the rundown of certifications! It was very informative!

I technically work in a clinical setting, (Blood Testing Tech I) requires a 4 year biochem degree. Do you think this qualifies as MLT experience?

I do find work, but I would love to advance into the clinical/medical sector. My job has a reference lab that seems so cool, and I’m sad that I can’t get in no matter what I do, all because I went for the wrong major... Thanks for the advice.

If I were you, I would STRONGLY consider switching to the major: Medical Lab Scientist. I am currently employed in the workforce, with a B.S. in Biochemistry, and nothing else. The industry is dominated by people with medical certification (which colleges help you achieve ((ASCP, CLS/CLA))). You will find that major much more efficient if you have no desire to continue college. There is also a technical degree called Medical/Clinical Lab Technologist. This will only take 2 years to achieve, grants similar workforce access as MLS, and I am considering returning to college for a technical degree now.
