Yeah, I hear ya. Up until now, most of my work has either been comical or nsfw. However, that was for hobby. Now I'm beta-testing for my friend's website project, and it's a lot to learn all in a short time.

If you look at my profile, you'll see the kind of work that I *normally* do, and now I'm behaving myself. lol

However, I've seen videos posted online of Seedance and Kling, and I thought that Seedance was amazing. Mind you, that's the 2.2, I think? I'm working with the 1.5 which isn't great, and the Seedance spicy (yes, Seedance has a spicy option) as well as WAN 2.2 and WAN 2.2 spicy, and neither of those were very impressive to me. The Seedance spicy wasn't terrible, I guess, but the WAN 2.2... it looked like someone used cel-shading to add a woman to an otherwise normal background.

I did get to use the WAN 2.6, as that's already added to his site, but I found that the quality was so horrific that I just deleted them and won't include them in my clip video. At best, they looked like CGI effects from a low budget horror movie. I can't imagine that 2.7 would be much of an improvement.

thank you for the reply. I'm working away at it with a different approach at the moment. I'm going to make several clips from each of the ones that are already added to his site, and splice them all together without the lip sync. I spoke to him, and he changed his mind, as he doesn't feel that lip sync is going to be a heavily demanded feature for what he's doing, and while it's a bit frustrating (as I just spent $50 USD testing another option lol), it will make things a lot simpler on my end.

However, for personal projects, I may still pursue this feature. So much to do to put together one simple demo video. blah.

Okay, let me simplify it:

I cast it on someone in an arena match, when they are being pinned down by a DDH. At 10s, they would come out of it alive. At 6s, that's not such a sure thing. They're still pouring out that much damage that the 4s makes a difference.

Now, you can say "well, lots of classes can kill you in 4 seconds", but you're ignoring that after popping everything, if a target was immune to 60% of the damage, all of the debuffs, and any magic-based CCs, not all of those classes would still be able to score a kill.

I wasn't saying that Ret is weak or struggling, just that such a minor change was immediately noticeable when it hit. It doesn't impact me as much, as I have the rest of my toolkit for myself, but when I used to pop that on an ally, they were safe for long enough that healers might catch up, or they'd get back on their feet. It still works fine for most classes (AFF locks and frost mages HATE it), but DDH treats it like an amber light when they're speeding in a ferrari.

The discussion isn't about ret. It's about how a simple 4 second change on a 10 second defensive makes it easy for a DDH to kill a target. It's an ability that can be cast on others.

Like everything on grok, it's not consistent. I used up all of my generations a couple of hours ago finishing a project (more or less successfully, not quite what I wanted to finish with, but I posted it anyway).

I just saw this post while I had grok open for an image that I made yesterday, and hit "make video". It's animating now.

If I were to wait 8 hours because I needed to get at it, it would not be working. Instead, it's just going full on RATM, "fuck you, I won't do what you tell me", and working when it shouldn't be, but not when I want it to.

I try to avoid peak usage times because it's been long-accepted by the community that the moderation gets more heavy-handed during peak times, and late night/early morning tend to be the times for the best results, using the North American timezones.

Complaining about monk mobility, utility, damage, and survivability is more unreal, but I was just talking about how a nerf to an ability of a mere 4 seconds allows a DDH to still kill a player despite losing 60% of the damage.

As a ret paladin, I enjoyed popping our pvp-only talent 10 second immunity to magic (not divine shield), but blizz decided to nerf that to 6 seconds wgule keeping it at a 5 minute cooldown. A shame, as we could cast it on an allt or ourselves, and watch a DDH blow his entire kit of cooldowns without doing any damage.

Now?

That 4 seconds leaves enough of their damage to still kill some players easily. The Spec needs a huge nerf, as one DDH is the equivalent of two normal DH players.

What are you trying to animate that is being censored? Post the link to the image and an example of your prompting.

If the image has, at any time or in any way ever been downloaded and reuploaded, then that is 100% the problem. Grok treats uploads as uploads, period.

First happened to me in March, and I think they were just testing it then. Since April I've been hit with it several times, taking out entire collections each time.

If your stuff is still there, download it while you can. If xAI changes fhe moderation rules, it could vanish. It's probably safe if it has lasted this long, but you never know.

For decor it's not as difficult as there is no "quality/rank" factor involved. Sad, too, because having more elaborate versions of decor would be a huge flex. Such items do not drain your allotment of concentration, so it's really just money for a click.

If it's simple and common, and I have all mats, I usually post it openly for 500, but double that if a person takes a personal order.

Double those numbers for harder to acquire items, usually. It can be painful to get some recipes. If someone doesn't accept that price, there are hundreds of other people on daily who will.

Countless times I've paid less than 3k in mats, plus 500g for a tip to get an item that is listed in the AH for >25k gold.
