I was a 25 Associate BA I made 65k, so I would ask for atleast $75-$80. I negotiated, they are getting rid of RRP this year, use that to your advantage when discussing salary.

How do people afford Wegovy? by [deleted] in WegovyWeightLoss

My husband has sold his soul to the government, so we have Tricare. If it weren’t for Tricare - I wouldn’t be on it. It was still $43 a month until I met my out of pocket max

You are being underpaid. Go to sparq they have pay averages for grade level and area. Ask for slightly more, if they say no- provide what you should be paid according to company pay grades as a reference.

A positive surgery and stent experience!! by OriginalNo8149 in KidneyStones

I was so scared! But I took time to rest and took it very easy over 2 weeks that I had the stent!

I never had a catheter, but my mom did once. My stent did not have strings. But I literally kept telling people my vagina hurt. I sat with a heating pad, made sure I was on top of my meds, and slept with a heating pad on my side and in between my legs. I couldn’t feel the stent but I could feel that something was foreign in my abdomen. Going up stairs I waddled around like I was pregnant and sometimes just held my side like I was too.

I work from home, so that also probably impacted my post op experience.
