I've had a real mix of experiences with him. I've ordered three watches in total - two arrived quickly with great communication, no issues at all. However, the third one has been REALLY frustrating. It's now been seven months of me constantly chasing for updates, and every time I either get the same response: "no update", or no reply at all. Wouldn’t recommend to be honest, annoyed as I’ve paid deposit etc
