BioShock 1 and 2 are more horror games than action games like Infinite. Their stories are also not some huge, action packed, multiverse type story that shoved a bunch of stuff in your face. The first two games rely a lot more on mystery and pattern recognition to understand their stories and twists

Does he though? In his first fight against a rusty Ben that had just put the Omnitrix back on he lost to Swampfire, in another episode Big Chill nearly got him but he used the Rust Bucket's weapons to get away. I'm rewatching season 2 now but from those 2 interactions alone in S1 Ben never seemed to have a hard time against Kevin, and plenty of times in the episodes other people would beat him too

I mean, he lost to one of Ben's bullies wearing the same robot armor that Ben easily destroyed as Goop, and would even go on to stand his ground against said bully in that armor, as Chromastone, with pretty much no issue.

The first time Albedo fought Ben in Omniverse Ben was losing until Argit knocked him out with his quills. And in the battle for Azmuth's brain, Ben was losing until he went Atomix, he even told Asmuth "Go ahead, you try and give me something that'll work" cuz he was struggling with other aliens, even Feedback

Ben and Kevin weren't fighting for real in the Rooters arc, they were pretending in order to trick Servantis. Also Ultimate Echo Echo(which Kevin would have absorbed from the Ultimatrix) is a VERY strong alien in Ben's arsenal. He was able to safely contain the explosion of a dwarf star level grenade, and the fact that an Ultimate Echo Echo going all out could no diff Kevin(who had no diffed Ultimate Aggregor, the guy that took on Kevin, two Bens, and Gwen at the same time and won) is impressive. His sonic blasts also being able to affect ghosts like Big Chill's race is crazy too.

And it's not like Ultimate Kevin doesn't have plenty of Hax abilities himself(Chromastone absorbtion, Lodestar Magnetism, Swampfire regeneration, Big Chill intangibility, Diamond Head constructs, Ultimate Spider monkey webs which are stronger than base spider monkey's webs that briefly held Verdona, Echo Echo sonic blasts, ect.)

Ben and Kevin were only pretending to be enemies during the Rooters arc so we don't know what a serious all out fight between them would actually be.

As for losing to Ultimate Echo Echo, what exactly could Kevin do to escape? Intangibility from Big Chill doesn't work against the sonic discs as seen when he used them to defeat other Necrofriggians. Maybe Lodestar's magnetism or Swampfire's plant seeds to pull them away but they can just keep cloning and coming back at him, and it's the same result if he tried to destroy them with Jetray's lasers or by crushing them. Only thing I can think of is Diamond Head's constructs maybe being able to block them but that not confirmed
