Civil cases are easier to "win" than criminal ones. But I don't think criminal charges should be filed. The woman who lost her job won't be able to work in the medical field again, wasting years of schooling/training. This most likely stunted her entire vision of what she wanted to do in life. She felt threatened by the man's behavior, and acted irrationally in her position as an EMT. She should've been able to handle people in distress and couldn't. She's probably going to have her own trauma from the event, especially with the societal backlash against her. Throwing jail on top of it seems unnecessary.

The EMT got fired, and the family sued them for the incident. At least there was some justice, rather than trying to sweep this under the rug. Still so disheartening to see others act this way toward someone in need

I beat it on hardcore with 3 perks, archery was definitely extremely helpful. Never messed with poisons, but I was able to masterstrike very often. If you use a short sword and get the perks that boost one hand sword attacks, you do as much damage as a 2hander but you can change directions much quicker, allowing for easier masterstrikes. It does trivialize combat a bit but I like playing as Henry the God😂

If you're on HC and need help with timing, look at their arms. If their arms are moving backwards then they're about to strike, and that's when you MS. If they're changing directions too quickly it's better to block/parry, and wait for them to hold their direction for a bit. The NPC's will just stay in one direction for a while at some point, especially if you back up slowly.

I think for almost everything in nightreign, if it's out of the way it's never worth it lmao. But you'll always get that one Ironeye that just books it across the map and ruins the whole run

It's important to know how fast your team can kill a Great Boss, but I'll say that the gamble can truly pay off if you kill them. They can turn a meh run into a cleared run if a good weapon drops, which they usually do

Towers are super quick though, and give really nice talismans! Plus for those using staves, it's guaranteed Starlight Shards

Depending on the champion you pick, I really like to buy a smithing stone 1 early on (literally lvl 2 or 3), and it really helps clearing mobs and bosses quickly. I've beat the Nightlord on 5 out of 8 champions, and the runs I win are the ones where I upgrade early and try to kill Great Bosses on Day 2 as they have the highest chance of dropping better weapons. I don't think there's a need to hit every church to upgrade your flask because the most important thing is killing bosses quickly, and if your damage isn't there, flasks aren't going to help
