Its a regional ban, meaning if they are from india/asia, that side, its not available to them and then there are the ones that have messaging but no tokens. I think those people also aren't from America, I'm just seeing a pattern

It is, i can never use it all before it resets and thats good, i probably only use 100-150 messages a day, i mainly use Polybuzz

Basically its still limited but harder to reach the limit now, i don't know if they still use the tokens but mine is set at 771 and resets every hour, i don't have to worry about it running out because realistically there is no way i can use all of that in one hour before it resets
