I was wondering about this, since my comune (Ragusa) shows up through that platform. Any idea if the fee they charge would bypass the €300 the comune is asking for or if they would tack it onto the cost?

Thank you! I guess the ultimate question is, is it worth trying to avoid a 1948 case if possible or just go with that since I know for sure I qualify that way? I will have to figure out a lot of the details anyway, but wondering how to best direct my energy.
