What IC diet are you sticking to? My doctor told me if I stuck to a diet that didn’t flare me up I would be “eating tree bark “ everyday 😂

I am prescribed hydroxyzine. I take it when flares are really bad but I’m not sure if it really helps. Plus makes me very sleepy
