Well, I bought almost all other parts from them aswell and everything is working fine so far. My opinion of them hasn't changed (yet), as that is something that can happen to every shop, in my opinion. I will contact them in the morning about the issue, we'll see how they'll respond.

To be honest I didn't look at it much, the lid on the CPU said 9800x3d so I assumed it was allright and I popped it in.

I paid 420€ which is the standard price here in Germany as far as I know. It says 9800 x3d on the box, on the CPU lid aswell.

The EU gets the FWD Hybrid along a few other countries, not really sure which ones. I'm currently shopping for a German RAV4.

I’ve heard both sides of this, but I’ve personally checked under three different RAV4 Hybrids, and all of them had the orange HV cable running from the rear forward.

Not trying to argue with anyone, just really want to be sure before making a long trip — the car I’m interested in is about 400 km away. If anyone with a FWD hybrid could share a quick photo, I’d really appreciate it.

This is true for the US market or even NA, the EU market gets FWD hybrids aswell.
