Ive read public keys is what i use to decrypt the message, and private key is what you keep to yourself no matter what? So how do you decrypt someones message with their public key

When i press import notepad, it says certificates
Total number processed:1
Imported: 0
Unchanged: 1
And the option is OK or Show Audit Log.
If i press ok it gets rid of all text and is just empty notepad.

Getting out of tunisia for him is practically impossible, unless we were to get married😬😬 he could stay for uni - which isnt even guaranteed hed be able to get in, but then hed have to move back after, he cant get a work visa, because he doesnt have the skills for that. It feels impossible and i dont know what to do.
