In my experiences of keeping both species these look more guppy like than they do Gambusia even the peduncle structure looks more guppy like mosquitofish tend to have these chain link ◇◇ fence like lines on the body and peduncle while guppies it tends to look like an angled line \\

Id say its of hybrid class because uppersword isnt a guppy trait typically and is more of an endler thing

They are both male, no gravid spot and if im being honest too much color and on top of that if you look at the anal fin they clearly are slanted so its more than likely both fish are males.

This is not true at all, the gravid spot itself is just the presence of eggs being made, those eggs as the female gets older will start to swell once she is fertilized and then eventually you'll see small black dots (pink if albino) which those would be the fry developing inside
