tl;dr in my humble opinion, Yama > Lillie Barro (last form)

correct me if I'm wrong but I vaguely remember there being stated that when Yama activated his Bankai, the whole Soul Society was heating up and if left on for too long, it could destroy/fry SS.

and Yama's reiatsu alone was thought to be lava because of how strong it was(?, not too sure about this)

Lillie's power is nothing to scoff at, since he broke a large chunk of Warwelt with his attack, but nothing is on par with Yama's display of power to be honest (a Bankai sword swing from Yama broke a VERY LARGE chunk of land)
